Round 1 Public Project Summary

Five Applications have been received in Round 1 of the MD PSC Energy Storage Request for Applications Solicitation (pursuant to NGEA). Round 1 will seek to select 800 MWs of at least 4-hour, front-of-the-meter transmission connected energy storage. The PSC will issue a decision whether to approve one or more Applications by October 1, 2026.
